WebDemo gives us the ability to perform demonstrations via the Internet. WebDemo enables us to put the program right on your desktop and have you and whoever else you wish, sit and watch the demonstration while someone walks you through the program. WebDemo is a useful tool because it allows us to demonstrate our product to you and at the same time answer any questions that you may have. As we perform an operation on our screen you will see exactly what we are doing and can ask questions accordingly.

Follow these simple steps to get set up.

By using WebDemo, nothing is getting installed during the entire set-up and demonstration process.

To access the WebDemo homepage, click here.

The following screen should appear on your browser.

   If you are accessing this website for the first time on your computer you must click Test Browser. This is located on the left side of the screen at the bottom of the list of options. If you use WebDemo again on the same computer you do not have to test your browser, but if you run WebDemo on a different computer you must test your browser.

When you click "Test Browser" the following screen will appear.

When the testing of your browser is complete the following screen will appear. Click OK. When this screen appears the testing of your browser is complete and is successful.

During the testing of your browser, you may be prompted with the following screen. If this screen appears check the box that says Always trust content from SpartaCom Technologies, Inc. Then click yes. By checking the box and clicking yes, this will prevent any more of these screens from popping up. Even though you are clicking yes, you are still not installing anything; your PC is just viewing the information you need to use WebDemo.

This is all that needs to be done to test your browser. If you run into any problems please contact your sales representative for assistance.

Once your browser is tested and you and your sales representative are ready to do the WebDemo, click on Join Public Session. This label can be found at the left of your browser screen.

It will prompt you to a listing of WebDemos. Click the link that is set up by your sales representative.

Now it will prompt you to enter a login. This login name is just something that your sales representative can see that it is you and they can add you to the meeting. A good way of listing your login could be as simple as your first name. The following login screen will appear. Enter a login name and click Select.

Once these steps are complete the sales representative will add you to the meeting and you will see their screen appear on yours. You are now ready to participate in the WebDemo.
