Softek Software has been using the Internet to interface with its customers since the very
beginning. "We have been utilizing the power of the Internet to deliver products and upgrades
to our customers since the company first started in 1994" says CEO Jim Thompson.
Softek has been
trying to work with other Internet companies to deliver a solution to our customers that makes
sense. After multiple attempts to find a company that stands up to the standards Softek demands,
we decided that we would hire the necessary people to develop the solution ourselves.
What Softek has done is put together a package that will allow its customers to open webstores
almost overnight. These stores will interface to the customers already operating TBA application
in order to handle invoicing, inventory, and shipping demands.
The TBA portion of the product is currently in use and in its final stages of beta testing at an existing power sports
dealership. This particular dealership has had its web site up for a number of years and TBA has been
installed and taken over all of the business processes within the last several months.
