Sales Executive – Software Sales

SofTek Software International Inc. is a software development company providing efficient solutions. The successful Sales Executive will have experience in the following areas:

  • Developing new business through cold calling and prospecting
  • Schedule and execute product demonstrations
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue objectives.
  • Responsible for full sales cycle, from lead generation to managing ongoing account relationships.
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal CRM system.
  • Generate leads from tradeshows, associations, and regional networking events.
  • Identify decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Train customers on SofTek software.
  • Work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention with respective accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota.
  • Experience selling to small, medium, and large businesses.
  • Able to leverage existing relationships
  • Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Thorough understanding of MS Office applications and Internet.
  • Experience selling at the “C” levels a plus.
  • Sandler Sales Institute training a plus.
  • Direct marketing experience a plus.
  • Accounting background helpful.
