Sales Executive – Software Sales
Description
SofTek Software International Inc. is a software development company providing efficient solutions.
The successful Sales Executive will have experience in the following areas:
- Developing new business through cold calling and prospecting
- Schedule and execute product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue objectives.
- Responsible for full sales cycle, from lead generation to managing ongoing account relationships.
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal CRM system.
- Generate leads from tradeshows, associations, and regional networking events.
- Identify decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers.
- Train customers on SofTek software.
- Work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention with respective accounts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years software sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota.
- Experience selling to small, medium, and large businesses.
- Able to leverage existing relationships
- Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
- Superior professional presence and business acumen.
- Thorough understanding of MS Office applications and Internet.
- Experience selling at the “C” levels a plus.
- Sandler Sales Institute training a plus.
- Direct marketing experience a plus.
- Accounting background helpful.
